2009 KSBR Birthday Bash
I am friends with Mathew Timmes, one of the two owners of The Vintage Steak House in San Juan Capistrano. He volunteered to provide food backstage for all of the performing artists and crew. I went to hand out my card, as I am booking the entertainment for the venue. Well, Joey Sellers was palying trombone that day, for all of the groups that needed a bone in the section. He split early to get to a gig in the Valley, and Tony Gurerro asked if I would fill in. Always having my horn in the car, I said "sure" and so I got to meet and play with some really great people and awesome musicians. Thanks, Tony for inviting me! Thanks, Joey, for having a gig and splitting :-) It was a blast!!!!
